Panel Air Cooler

The roof-mount type panel cooler unit is effective for consolidated control panels, control panels lining walls, and control panels with many devices attached to the sides, making installation difficult. These types are high-performance models, with all the functions and safety required of roof-mount types. It comes equipped with a double drain panel to shut out oil mist and dust from the ceiling. The double drain structuring largely improves panel air tightness, and full dustproof measures have been implemented. Capacity: 500 k.cal/hr – 3000 k.cal/hr.

The panel cooling unit side-mount type is a model which can be installed to the control panel’s side or door. With our full lineup of models with cooling capacities of 500W~6900W, they can be adapted to a variety of production sites and environments. Using an internal circulated air method to cool the inside of control panels encapsulating a large number of electronic devices which give off a large amount of heat, they properly cool and dehumidify equipment, helping to avoid malfunctions caused by heat. At the same time, due to sealedness of the control panels, oil mist and dust entering the inside from the outside is also prevented. Capacity: 500 k.cal/hr. – 6000 k.cal/hr.

Eradicates the problem of space when attaching to panel cooler coolers either inside mount or roof mount, not limited by equipment inside the panel, achieves a perfect inner control panel environment. Only requires two spaces of (100mm x 100mm) for attachment (150mm x 150mm also available). This model is connected to the panel by a PVC flexible hose. Closed-loop cooling systems will cool the internal cabinet air and isolate dirty ambient air entering into the cabinet. Capacity: 1500 k.cal/hr. – 22500 k.cal/hr.
